Track your order

Order Tracking

• You can use the order tracking tool to track your order. All you need is your order number and your billing email address.
• The order tracking tool will update within 24 hours after you’ve made a payment from pending payment to processing.
• Once it is in processing, that means the item is already being shipped and the tracking number will be provided to you through the tracking tool
• Once the shipment shows that it has arrived according to the tracking number, the order will be moved to completed.  If you did not receive your item despite the shipment status being shown as “Completed”, please email us as soon as possible at admin@roidshop.org
